Quick muesli with fresh fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 150 ml natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 20 g honey
  • 100 g oat flakes or other cereal flakes
  • 50 g sunflower seeds or nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and roughly dice the orange and banana, and blend them with milk and yogurt in a blender. Peel and peel the apple and pear, and coarsely grate or slice them. Stir the oat flakes, sunflower seeds, honey, apple, and pear into the yogurt mixture. If you don’t have a banana, adjust the amount of flakes if necessary.
