Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine, room temperature
  • 250 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup Amaretto
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • some fat, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

with alcohol

Mix the ingredients for the batter and pour into a greased springform pan with a pot pie plate. Place in an oven preheated to 160°C (convection oven) and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes (test with a toothpick).
