Fruity and delicious. Easy to prepare. Guaranteed to taste great!

Quickly knead the flour, butter, 70g sugar, one egg, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of sweet cream into a shortcrust pastry. Chill the dough for about 1 hour. In the meantime, wash and drain the blackberries and prepare the topping. Mix the remaining sweet cream with one egg, 100g sugar, and the vanilla pudding powder. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a tart or springform pan with baking paper, place the pastry in the pan, and cover with baking paper and pulses to keep it nice and flat during baking. Then bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack at 180°C. Remove the pan from the oven and top with the blackberries. Pour the topping over the pastry and bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C. Tip: This will definitely work with raspberries, too.
