Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ ring/s poultry sausage
- 1 jar mini wieners
- 250 g minced meat
- 5 slices of salami
- 3 eggs
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 10 potatoes (triplets)
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- chives
- Grated cheese, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
simply with vegetables and meat
Dice the chicken sausage, salami, and bell pepper. Place the cubes in a bowl. Thinly slice the sausages and add them to the bowl. Thinly slice the potatoes and dice the onions. Fry the minced meat in a preheated pan with oil until crumbly. Add the chicken sausage, salami, and bell pepper. Fry everything for about 3 minutes. Then add the onions, stirring occasionally. When the sausage, sausages, and onions are lightly golden brown, add the potatoes. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked, add the eggs and fry for about 3 minutes. Add cheese, if desired. Sprinkle the dish with chives before serving.
