Mascarpone yogurt cream with rum

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 300 g yogurt
  • ½ tsp rum
  • 1 tsp, heaped spice mix, Christmas
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • some vanilla extract
  • 1 pear(s), pickled
  • Cinnamon sugar, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the mascarpone and yogurt together until smooth. Gradually add the rum, spice mix, vanilla sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue stirring for about 5 minutes; the longer you stir, the creamier the mixture will be. Meanwhile, dice the pear and fill the dessert glasses. Fill the glasses with the finished cream and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or the spice mix just before serving. Enjoy!
