Buttermilk soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • 1 bottle of lemon flavor
  • 2 handfuls of fusilli
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious

Bring the buttermilk to a boil while stirring (!). Then add all the remaining ingredients and simmer the soup over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
