Delicious pudding – quark – cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark), stirred until creamy
  • Sugar according to package instructions
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the vanilla pudding with the milk according to the package instructions, but with double the amount of sugar. Then let it cool slightly, stirring occasionally. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar. Stir the cooled pudding into the quark and refrigerate. Applesauce goes well with this. Note: Using low-fat quark and low-fat milk produces a lighter custard. Tip: It can also be refined with a little eggnog.
