Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ tsp butter
- 275 g cashew nuts, roasted, salted (can)
- 2 tsp orange zest, grated
- 2 tsp jerk seasoning mix
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Pour the butter into a 20 cm baking dish and place it in the oven for about 2-3 minutes until melted. Add the nuts and other ingredients and stir everything together. Spread the nuts out as evenly as possible into a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally. Spread them out in a single layer on baking paper and let cool. Stored in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator, the nuts will keep for up to 5 days.
