Spinach with black cumin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg leaf spinach, frozen
  • 3 tbsp black cumin
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the coconut oil and fry the caraway seeds. Add the spinach and fry slowly. Once the spinach has released enough water, add the remaining ingredients and let the spinach simmer for a while.
