White radish with apple and radish, with a yogurt sauce

Cut the stalk off the radish and use a vegetable peeler to peel off the outer layer, then use a coarse grater to grate the entire thing into a large bowl. Wash the radishes and remove any leaves and roots. Halve them, slice the halves, and then cut the halves into pieces and add them to the radish. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the cores, and then grate them into the bowl with the radish and radishes. Crack the walnuts, remove the skins, and crumble them into small pieces, then add them to the radish. Mix everything well. In a blender, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, and agave syrup, and season with salt and pepper. Add this sauce to the radish and mix everything well. Tastes best when well chilled.
