Strawberry cream liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 400 g strawberries, fresh
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml vodka or rum or grain alcohol

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the cream and sugar to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 5 minutes over low heat until reduced. Wash and deseed the strawberries. Finely puree the strawberries with the vanilla sugar and stir into the cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Allow the strawberry cream to cool and mix the alcohol into the cream. Bottle the liqueur, seal tightly, and store in a cool place. Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few days. Shake the strawberry cream liqueur well before serving.
