Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 50 g brown sugar
- 30 g butter
- 30 g peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 600 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 30 g flour
- 50 ml milk
- 80 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Grease a tart pan and line the center with parchment paper. Knead all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry and press the dough into the pan, forming a rim. Chill the dough in the pan. Whisk the topping ingredients thoroughly and pour into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 50 minutes. Let cool for at least 3 hours before slicing.
