Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter apple juice, good quality
  • 30 elderflower umbels
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 10 g citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the elderflowers, pour the apple juice into a bowl, add the blossoms, and let stand for 24 hours. Then filter through a cheesecloth, bring to a boil with the gelling sugar and citric acid, and pour into screw-top jars while still hot.
