Clean and wash the turnips and cut into thin sticks. Clean the leek and slice diagonally into rings. Toast the sesame seeds in a wok or pan without fat, remove, and let cool. Season the ribs or meat slices with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on both sides for about 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, brush with a mixture of honey and 1 tablespoon of ketchup. For the vegetables, heat the neutral oil in a wok and fry both for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar over them and let them caramelize. Add the soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of water, and 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and bring to a boil. Season with sambal oelek and salt. Finally, flavor with the sesame oil. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the meat and vegetables and serve with rice.
