Autumnal wok with potatoes and savoy cabbage

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • ½ head of savoy cabbage
  • 3 sausages, raw, coarse
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Remove the stalks from the savoy cabbage and cut the rest into thin strips. Fry the potatoes in a wok with a little oil. When the potatoes begin to soften, add the savoy cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the sausages open and form the meat into small balls. Fry in a separate pan, then add to the wok. Cook the dish until the savoy cabbage and potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
