Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- ½ clove(s) garlic
- 350 g minced beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ liter beef broth
- 8 broccoli florets
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 50 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oregano
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese

easy preparation
Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for 5-10 minutes, depending on how firm you like it. Then drain the liquid in a sieve and set aside. Fry the diced onions in a pan with oil and add the minced meat. Once lightly browned, add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then add the chopped garlic and deglaze with the stock. Season to taste and let the sauce reduce slightly. Finally, stir in a dash of cream. Mix the broccoli and cherry tomatoes into the sauce and let it cool slightly. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the mixture on top. Spread with cheese, if desired, and shape into a roll. Brush the roll with beaten egg yolk. Preheat oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and bake for 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
