Butter vanilla donuts with chocolate chips

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g sugar
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ¼ pack of baking powder
  • 65 g flour
  • 20 g chopped chocolate (favorite variety)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes

approx. 20 mini donuts for the donut maker

Grease the donut maker (with oil or butter) and preheat. Finely chop or dice the chocolate (optional). Combine the flour and baking powder. Use a whisk to briefly combine the sugar, egg, and butter vanilla flavoring. Then add the milk and oil, mix briefly, and then add the flour mixture. Stir in the chopped or diced chocolate, if desired. Bake in the donut maker for 3-4 minutes and carefully remove. You can eat the donuts as is or decorate them with icing or chocolate!
