Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the sugar and butter until creamy, then beat in the eggs one at a time. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix in. Pour the batter into the pan and bake until the balls have risen and are light brown. To decorate, lightly dip lollipop sticks or extra cake pop sticks in the icing and then insert them into the cake pops. Let the icing set, then decorate as desired.
