Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 150 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
  • Flour for the work surface
  • 200 g nougat (nut nougat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The cookies are super delicious and enjoyed by children and adults alike. Makes about 50 cookies.

First, preheat the oven to 200°C. Then, line a baking sheet with baking paper. First, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then, beat in the eggs. Next, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add this mixture, spoonful by spoonful, to the mixture and knead thoroughly. Knead the chocolate chips into the dough as well. Now, on a floured surface, shape the dough into approximately 8 cm thick rolls. Cut these rolls into slices and place the resulting cookies on the baking sheet, leaving enough space between them. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Now, melt the nougat in a hot water bath. Spread the nougat on the undersides of half of the cookies. Finally, place the remaining cookies, bottom-down, on the filling.
