Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 105 g butter
- 65 g chocolate (dark chocolate), good quality
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp coffee, instant or
- Cocoa powder, instant or unsweetened
- 3 eggs
- 105 g sugar
- Paper cups
Instructions

the dough is delicious and juicy
First, melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the dry ingredients. Add the cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with the batter. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes.
