Muffins with chocolate and coffee

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 105 g butter
  • 65 g chocolate (dark chocolate), good quality
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp coffee, instant or
  • Cocoa powder, instant or unsweetened
  • 3 eggs
  • 105 g sugar
  • Paper cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

the dough is delicious and juicy

First, melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the dry ingredients. Add the cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with the batter. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20-30 minutes.
