Yeast-baked shortcrust pastry snacks

Preheat oven to 190°C. Combine flour, salt, and yeast. Knead with soft margarine and room-temperature milk to form a shortcrust pastry. Let the dough rest in a cool place for one hour. Roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 2 mm, then cut into small, attractive squares using a pastry wheel. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place the dough pieces on it, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, store in a box. This way, the pillows will keep for several weeks.
