Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g nuts
  • 1 jar cranberries
  • 6 tbsp rum
  • Chocolate
  • Nuts
  • 2 cups of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Fold in the nuts, then add the beaten egg whites. Bake the batter at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Let it cool and prick the batter with a fork. For the glaze, mix the cranberries with the rum and spread it over the base. Let stand overnight. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, pour it over the cake, and sprinkle with the grated chocolate and ground nuts.
