Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 150 g honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 300 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Combine butter or margarine with honey, heavy cream, and eggs. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt to form a soft batter. Let stand for about 15 minutes, then place a heaped tablespoon of batter onto a greased baking sheet. Baking temperature: 200°C. Baking time: 20 minutes.
