Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 ml cream
- 125 ml mineral water
- 200 g butter
Instructions

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. One at a time, stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder, the cream, and the mineral water. Fold in the melted butter. Bake the butter waffles in the waffle iron until light brown and let them cool on a wire rack.
