Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The butter must be soft. Knead all ingredients into a dough, just like a shortcrust pastry. Then pour small amounts into a greased waffle iron and bake. They should turn golden yellow. Once cooled, they can be stored in a container.
