Waffles that last as long as cookies

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix all ingredients to make a regular batter. Bake the batter in the waffle iron at temperature 1-2 until the pilot light goes out for the second time. Once cooled, break the waffles into heart-shaped pieces and store them in a container. The waffles are very crispy and will keep for a long time. The potato flour is important, otherwise they won’t be as crispy.
