Peach cake pops

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g corn flour
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 350 g peach(s) , from the can and 50 ml of the juice
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Sugar sprinkles, colorful
  • Chocolate coating
  • 3 drops of vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Drain the peach halves and reserve the juice. Then dice the peaches and set aside. Using a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until creamy and smooth, then add the peach juice, cornflour, baking powder, ground almonds, vanilla extract, and eggs. Fold in the diced peaches. The batter is now ready to bake in the cake pop maker. This takes about 7 minutes. Baking in a silicone mold may take a little longer. Once the balls have cooled, you can begin decorating them. To do this, dip the stick about 2 cm into the melted chocolate coating, then insert it into the ball and let it set. Then dip the ball into the chocolate coating and decorate with sprinkles.
