Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Heat the butter in a saucepan until bubbling. Stir in the oats. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Then add the cooled oat mixture and mix well. Place small mounds of the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes.
