quick to make, very simple and really tasty – also tastes good with other fruits

Cut open the pomegranate and deseed it. Then, in a bowl, mix the low-fat quark, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar until well combined until a smooth cream forms. Arrange a layer of butter biscuits in a baking dish and soak them with a few spoonfuls of liqueur. Spread a layer of quark cream on top of the butter biscuits and smooth it down. Sprinkle some of the pomegranate seeds over the quark cream and then add more soaked butter biscuits. Repeat layer by layer until all the butter biscuits and quark cream are used up. Finally, scatter some pomegranate on top and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
