Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 8 sprigs of thyme
- ½ tsp black peppercorns
- ½ tsp berries, pink
- 1 bottle of rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roughly chop the garlic cloves and place them in a clean, dry bottle with the herbs, peppercorns, and berries. Fill with rapeseed oil until all ingredients are covered. Seal the bottles tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 14 days, then strain after 2 weeks. The oil can be used with grilled meat, lamb, and also for braising zucchini and tomatoes.
