  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pour this into a 28 cm springform pan. Pull up the edges. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Boil the remaining ingredients (up to the custard powder) as you would for a pudding, replacing the milk with apple juice. Finally, fold in the apple pieces. Pour everything onto the pastry. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50-60 minutes. Let cool. Whip 2-3 cups of cream with cream stiffener. Pour onto the cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
