Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 450 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 500 yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Place the frozen raspberries in an oblong baking dish. Cut the peaches into small pieces and scatter them evenly over the top. Mix the yogurt with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whisk the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and carefully fold into the yogurt. Pour the mixture over the fruit and sprinkle with brown sugar. The Scottish Dream should now sit for about 2 hours (it’s not necessary, but it tastes better). It will still taste great the next day.
