Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 80 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

delicious cheesecake with meringue topping

First preheat the oven to 175°C (top and bottom heat). Kneaded dough: Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead with your hands until smooth. Then line a springform pan (26cm) with the dough, forming a rim about 3cm high. Topping: Put all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl and mix. (The mixture for the topping is very runny, but will set when baking!!!) Bake the cake for about 45 minutes. Meringue: Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks. Remove the cake from the oven, spread the meringue mixture on the warm cake and bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
