Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 waffles (Hanuta waffles)
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 points cream stiffener
- 1 jar cherry(s) (sour cherries)
- 1 cake base (chocolate sponge cake base)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Crush 10 Hanuta waffles into medium-fine crumbs. Whip 2 cups of cream with 2 packets of cream stiffener until stiff peaks form, then fold in the Hanuta pieces. Drain 1 jar of sour cherries and spread them on one sponge cake layer. Pour the cream-Hanuta mixture over the top. Decorate with cream and Hanuta pieces.
