Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g honey
  • 30 g sugar
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Simmer all ingredients except the chocolate coating in a saucepan for about 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet (approx. 20 x 20 cm) with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. Let it cool overnight. The next day, cut into small cubes and cover with the melted chocolate coating.
