Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 cake base (Viennese base), dark
- 350 g of After Eight confectionery
- 1 liter of cream
- 7 packs of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Cut the Vienna base in half. Bring the cream and After Eight to a boil. Chill for a few hours (preferably overnight), then whip with the cream stiffener until stiff. Spread between the bases and decorate all around. Garnish with more After Eight for a more elegant finish. It tastes even better if prepared the day before serving!
