Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (light sponge cake)
- 3 small cans of tangerine(s)
- 3 cups of cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 2 packs of pudding powder (Paradise Cream Vanilla), no cooking

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes
quick and fresh tasting cake
Combine all ingredients, except the sponge cake base, in a 3-liter sealable bowl. Use the juice and fruit from two cans of mandarin oranges and only the fruit from the third can. Close the bowl and shake vigorously a few times. Stir the mixture once more with a wooden spoon. Place the base on a plate and enclose it with a cake ring. Spread the finished mixture evenly over the top and refrigerate for a few hours.
