Jacket potatoes with quark Berlin style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese (20% fat)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese (5% fat)
  • 5 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 ½ onions
  • Milk
  • 1 bunch of chives or onions
  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the quark and about 5-6 tablespoons of linseed oil in a bowl. Add the onions, finely chopped chives, or onions, and stir. If the quark isn’t creamy enough, add milk until creamy. Season with salt. Cook the potatoes with a little salt until tender, peel, and divide between plates. Serve the quark alongside or directly on top.
