Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese (20% fat)
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese (5% fat)
- 5 tbsp linseed oil
- 1 ½ onions
- Milk
- 1 bunch of chives or onions
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- Salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Combine the quark and about 5-6 tablespoons of linseed oil in a bowl. Add the onions, finely chopped chives, or onions, and stir. If the quark isn’t creamy enough, add milk until creamy. Season with salt. Cook the potatoes with a little salt until tender, peel, and divide between plates. Serve the quark alongside or directly on top.
