Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • Fat for the mold
  • 4 apples
  • some sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the butter, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder, and milk all at once in the Quickchef with the blade insert to form a dough. Then pour the dough into a greased 26 cm springform pan. Now chop the apples with a little cinnamon and sugar in the Quickchef with the blade insert. Place on the dough. Mix the flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon in the Quickchef with the blade insert to form a crumble and spread it on the apples. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 45 minutes. Note: The Quickchef does not (!) need to be cleaned between the individual steps.
