Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dark chocolate, crushed
- 125 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 130 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 jar morello cherries, drained
- 100 g almond flakes
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- Fat for the mold

Melt the butter and chopped dark chocolate in a 0.5 liter microwave oven (stir slowly and frequently, preferably more often, using a maximum of 400 watts). Then let it cool slightly. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder together into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Close the bowl and shake well. Mix the chocolate butter with the eggs and milk and add to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Close the bowl tightly, release the air, and then shake well until everything is well mixed. Stir briefly again with a spatula and fold in the well-drained cherries. Pour the batter into the lightly greased Ultraplus baking dish and sprinkle with flaked almonds and chocolate shavings. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
