for boys’ birthdays, simple and original

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil, mineral water, flour, and green food coloring in a bowl and mix well. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at approximately 170°C (350°F) for about 20-30 minutes. Let cool, then cut in half crosswise. Whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff, spread on the bottom cake, and scatter the thawed raspberries on top. Place the “cake topper” on top and press down lightly. Mix the powdered sugar with a very small amount of water. The mixture shouldn’t be too runny. Place it in a plastic bag and cut off a very small tip from the bottom. Pipe a soccer field onto the top of the cake. Place gummy bears on the field as players to prevent them from falling over, and add a drizzle of icing underneath for glue. It looks great and is a huge hit! I made the same thing as muffins for kindergarten or school (see pictures).
