Spelt biscuits with banana

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • some flour for rolling out

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Using a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook, knead all ingredients together until a dough forms. Then roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Cut out the desired cookies using a cookie cutter. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the cookies for about 15 minutes.
