  • 6 egg yolks, boiled
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 85 g margarine, soft
  • 100 g flour
  • 20 g semolina
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Mash the egg yolks with a fork and mix with the milk, sugar, and margarine. Combine the flour, semolina, and baking powder, add to the egg yolk mixture, and mix. Using a spoon, place small heaps of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar or garnish with a lemon glaze and sprinkles.
