Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g chocolate, bitter
- 200 g hazelnuts
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
according to cookie type, makes about 30 pieces
Cut the chocolate and hazelnuts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together to make a dough. Divide into three equal portions and form into rolls approximately 5 cm in diameter. Chill thoroughly for approximately 1 hour. Then cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 160–175°C for approximately 10 minutes on the middle rack.
