Anise cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp anise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Sift the flour and mix with the aniseed. Then stir the flour into the cream, a tablespoon at a time. Place the dough in small heaps on a greased and floured baking sheet. Let it dry overnight at room temperature and bake the next day in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 25 minutes. Important: Aniseed cookies should be light on top and have light brown feet.
