- 150 g white chocolate
- 200 g crème fraîche
- ½ tsp orange peel, grated
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- 3 kiwis

Puree the kiwi and cover the bottom of champagne glasses with it (approx. 2-3 cm). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with all the remaining ingredients. Carefully pour the mousse onto the kiwi puree and fill the glasses evenly. Top with a dollop of kiwi puree, if desired. Refrigerate the dessert for about 1 hour.
