Hot cashew chocolate with spices

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml nut milk (nut drink) (cashew drink)
  • 30 g raw cocoa, ground
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

vegan

Mix the cocoa with cardamom, cinnamon, and sugar (or other alternatives). Heat the cashew drink slowly in a saucepan. Whisk the cocoa mixture into the hot drink. Pour the chocolate into two glasses and serve sprinkled with ground almonds.
