- 1 jar pesto, red, vegan
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 shot of rice cream (Rice Cream Cuisine)
- n. B. Olives, black
- 1 onion(s), diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash, deseed, and finely dice the tomatoes. Then mix with the other ingredients until smooth. Spread onto the rolled-out puff pastry, leaving some space around the edges. Roll out the puff pastry long, cut into approximately 1 cm wide swirls with a sharp knife, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 220°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
