Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g chocolate, ground block chocolate
- 250 g hazelnuts, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate, and nuts in a bowl, then fold in the stiff peaks. The mixture should be very smooth. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for approximately 13-15 minutes.
